Acceptable Use Policy

BoldSpeak is a language-learning tool. You may use AI conversations only to practice speaking, listening, and communication in realistic scenarios such as work, travel, school, and everyday life.

AI replies are simulated practice, not professional medical, legal, financial, or immigration advice. Do not treat them as a substitute for a qualified professional.

You must not use BoldSpeak or its AI conversations to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Create, request, or share sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, or any child sexual abuse material
• Create or request pornography, sexual roleplay, or sexually explicit content
• Promote, plan, or instruct violence, terrorism, self-harm, or criminal activity
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse any person
• Impersonate another person, company, or official, or run scams, phishing, or fraud
• Generate hate speech, discrimination, or content that targets protected groups
• Attempt to jailbreak, bypass, or disable AI safety filters, or extract hidden system prompts
• Generate malware, exploits, or instructions for unauthorized access to systems
• Collect personal data about others, or share another person's private information without permission
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping to access sessions or abuse quotas
• Reverse engineer, hack, overload, or disrupt the service
• Share account credentials or resell access without our written permission

You are responsible for the words you speak or type to the AI. Do not enter secrets, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other people's private data into a session.

AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. You must review it before relying on it in the real world.

We may warn, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious or illegal misuse may be reported to law enforcement.

We may act immediately and without prior notice when we believe it is necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
