BoldSpeak is a practice tool and does not guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort and practice.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content, features, and functionality of BoldSpeak, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and AI models, are owned by BoldSpeak and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use BoldSpeak for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Voice Data: Your voice recordings are processed in real-time for feedback and are NOT permanently stored on our servers.

BoldSpeak is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate
• Practice results do not guarantee real-world success
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoldSpeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BoldSpeak in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of BoldSpeak after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
